(Davie, FL)  --  The Miami Dolphins will keep guard Richie Incognito on the suspended list for the remainder of the season.  ESPN's Adam Schefter reports that Incognito will stay on the list but still be paid.  NFL rules state that Incognito's suspension was scheduled to end following Sunday's game against the Patriots.  Miami was forced to either release him, reinstate him to the roster or work out an agreement to compensate him while remaining away from the team.  The Dolphins suspended Incognito on November 3rd for detrimental conduct stemming from an alleged harassment case against teammate Jonathan Martin.
