Authorities have recovered the bodies of three girls who went missing while fishing on the Missouri River in Omaha, Nebraska. Lah Tray Moo, 18, Laiana Green, 18, and Eh Cress Moo, 11, disappeared on April 15 during a fishing trip at N.P. Dodge Park. A 13-year-old relative, who was with them, managed to escape unharmed. The girls went into the river after one of them slipped in, attempting to rescue her.

The Omaha Fire Department confirmed the recovery of all three bodies, with Lah Tray Moo's body found on April 26 and the other two recovered on April 29. The department expressed condolences to the families and friends, stating, "The loss of these young lives has touched our entire community."

The families of the victims have set up GoFundMe pages to assist with funeral expenses. Laiana Green's family described her as acting "selflessly and bravely" during the incident. The families are urging officials to improve safety measures along the river to prevent future tragedies.
